Thank you for your order.  Please allow a minimum 7 - 15 days for your order to arrive.   If  there are any problems or if your item is damaged, please advise us immediately by e-mail or phone. 

Return Policy: We cannot accept returns on opened merchandise. All Vitamins if un-opened can be returned for exchange or credit. There are no returns accepted on any skin care or cosmetics due to hygiene reasons.  Customer is responsible for the cost of returning item(s). We encourage customers to ask questions, and review all the products purchased on our site very carefully before placing orders. Our Website  provides full descriptions for all products and links to manufacturers. Before returning your order, you must contact us via phone or email and obtain a RMA number.

Damages/Shortages: All orders are photographed with a digital camera and tripled check for accuracy. All shortages are to be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep the original carton. Please report all damages within 48 hours so we may file claim with shipper. If you receive your order and it is clearly damaged (ex package is leaking or damaged), please do not accept the order and have CanadaPost send it back.
